I’m a certified life coach, intuitive guide, conscious personal trainer, and mindfulness teacher, but more than that… I’m a woman who’s walked through seasons of self-doubt, over-giving, burnout, reinvention, and deep personal healing. My work is born from my own journey of learning to reclaim my worth, trust my intuition, honor my body, and finally step into a life that feels aligned — not just productive.
